In September 2015, 193 countries gathered at the United Nations to commit to the achievement of 17 goals to ensure the sustainability of our economy, our society and our planet. These goals are referred to as the Global Goals for Sustainable Development and set out to achieve three key objectives over the next 15 years: end poverty, fight inequality and fix climate change.
